Our contribution for BLR
During the year 2015, the group Risk Manager assisted the company BLR, which is spécialised in the design of jewelry window displays . For a year they identified and assessed the threats for this company. They considered a lot of risks, for example: regulatory and operational risk, information and security risk, environnemental risk, market and credit risk, etc

The different steps of the analysis
October 2014: The group RM (Risk Manager) made some research about BLR with the goal to have an external point of view. Thanks to that, we began to identify the weaknesses and strengths .
November 2014: The students carried out a first visit in the company to meet the managers. During this visit they asked to the managers everything they needed (information, file, contract, etc) to make an assessment of the company.
After the visit they decided to devide the work into five fields. Here are the different subgroups:
Then they established a common tool to assess the risks:
March 2015: Three months before the presentation of the results, the group RM went a second time to BLR. Each group met the manager one by one to make sure nothing was left behind.
June 2015: Presentation of the results to BLR.
